Week one has been very exciting and new. So far so good. However, I'm still trying to get a good routine into play. "Sweets with the SOL's" was a success! The cookies went in the first hour and a half and the event was scheduled for two hours! You would think handing out pizza would be a low stress activity but when hungry students see free pizza it gets pretty hectic. This event taught me that patience is key.  During my welcome desk shift I had servant leadership by answering peoples questions to the best of my ability but transferring them when needed. A side note, in my Spanish class I realized that I had forgotten a lot more than I though from last semester.
